In Particular:

• Fulfillment: The Co-op will provide you with access to your own Wordly Wise i3000 subscription within 7 business days of the date you place your order. We will give you access to your subscription via a link in your "My Subscriptions" page in your Co-op account. We will notify you by email when the links are available.
• Shipping: 
• Returns/Cancellations: As it is not possible for you to try out Wordly Wise i3000 in advance of purchase, we will honor cancellation requests within 30 days of your order date. Submit your cancellation request at our Contact Us page. We will refund the cost of the subscription. However, the service fee covers our labor cost of getting you set up in the Wordly Wise Online system and subsequently removing you, so that is not refundable.
• Service Fee: The Co-op will charge a one-time, nonrefundable service fee of $5.00 to help cover our costs of getting you set up in your own school.
• You have verified that your computer system meets the technical requirements for Wordly Wise i3000 subscription.
