|Does the subscription price include all of my children or do I pay the same price for each of my children? Is there a family discount?
The Co-op member price for one student is $119.00 for the teacher and one child. You can add additional children in the same family for $69.
|Can I try it out in advance?
MIND Research does not have a trial subscription, but members may request a refund within 30 days of the order date. You can preview ST Math through their Play Games page and try the free challenge games, Big Seed and Kickbox, available for iPad on iTunes.
|What if my child doesn’t fall into a particular grade?
Although the ST Math levels are organized by grade, you have the freedom to choose the right level for your child’s learning needs. Check out the ST Math topics for an overview of the curriculum to help you align your child’s math proficiency level to an appropriate grade.If you later decide you want to change your child's grade, you can ask MIND Research to make that change for you.
|Is the program available outside of the U.S.?
ST Math Homeschool is currently only available for residents of the United States, including military families stationed abroad who have a current U.S. home address.
|Do I have to download software?
ST Math is online and there’s no need to download any software. However, a high-speed Internet connection is required for each device running ST Math. See the Technical Requirements.
|If I cancel my subscription, will I receive a pro rata credit?
You can request a refund during the first 30 days of use. After that period, we do not offer pro rata refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods.
|How do I monitor my child’s progress?
ST Math parents will have a simple yet powerful, built-in reporting system to help them monitor learning and quickly identify a child’s specific instructional needs.
|Is there a mobile app for ST Math Homeschool users?
Yes! Subscribers can use the ST Math app for Android tablets, Chromebooks, iPads, and Kindles. For more information and to download the app, go to ST Math Tech Requirements.
