|How long would I have to start the one year access? Can I buy it now but not activate until later?
The subscription to MY Access! does not begin until you activate it, so if you were to purchase it in March and not activate it until Sept 1, the 1-year subscription would begin on Sept 1.
|Can access the MY Access! anywhere - home, school, or library?
Yes! During the validation process, the user themselves will create usernames and passwords for the parent account as well as the student accounts. It can be access anytime, from anywhere all the time!
|Does MY Access include audio for younger student(s) who may not be proficient readers?
No. My Access does not include any audio.
|If a Student is signed up on one level (e.g., 8-10) and is ready to progress to the next level (11-14) -- do they still count as the same student? Or does that count as another student?
This is still considered the same student. As your student improves, you can change their level accordingly to ensure that are challenged based on their ability rather than their actual age. You can change their level at any time.
|How do I renew a MY Access! subscription?
Vantage Learning will send you an email close to your subscription end date with a special renewal offer. If you did not receive the email, please contact Vantage Learning directly to inquire about renewing your membership.
