”The LEGO Education products here are an excellent bargain for a superior product. We have purchased several of the sets and my kids thoroughly enjoy them. We have used them time and again and they like to incorporate them into their regular LEGO sets as well. I definitely recommend these sets.”

”I recently purchased the Lego learn to learn curriculum set. It includes 24 individual sets of 72 pieces each and a printable curriculum guide. I'm using it to teach a Lego class for 1st-3rd graders at our homeschool co-op. At first, I was concerned that the kids (many of whom have huge Lego collections at home) would feel restricted by the simplicity of the sets or disappointed in the class. But they're loving it! They're excited about each having their own sets (which they get to take home at the end of the term). They're enjoying the various challenges I've presented from the curriculum. They were thrilled to receive the "building licenses" I gave them yesterday (included in the curriculum). And, as a teacher, I'm happy to have a relatively simple class to facilitate--everything is self-contained and lessons are already planned for me. Any program that can keep a class of ten rowdy little boy entertained for an hour is worth it's weight in gold! Furthermore, the price couldn't be beat--and I even have enough sets left to teach the class again in a year or two!!!”

”I am so glad we ordered Lego education through the Co-op. We have used the Legos to reinforce many subjects from math to history. Using Legos in Math for sequencing, adding and subtraction and history to build castles and pyramids. My kids love Legos. There isn't a day that we don't have Legos out for school or play. The price we were able to get the Legos for made it that much better. We have shared many pictures and ideas with our friends and family. Thank you.”

”I'm so glad we decided to venture into the Lego Simple Machines. My boys (6&8) have really taken to this. The construction is straightforward for them, but satisfying because they're learning new functions. I like that their minds are opening to how real life things work. The lessons cause you to pay attention to where you see these things at work.

The builds are a little like doing science experiments (which they love) because you make hypotheses, and then test them. Good vocabulary learned. Must get the teachers guide though, otherwise it's just the building manuals (like with regular legos) with no understanding of what they are supposed to learn from it. The teachers guide is digital. With the deal from HSBC, the whole kit was about half the regular cost!”

”We are so blessed to have been able to receive the incredible discounts that were offered on this sight for the Legos educational products. My children have participated in Lego League tournament teams in the past and as a homeschooling family we were interested in continuing to work with the Legos robots at home. Because of the discounts offered on this sight we were able to buy several items to continue learning about robotics and my son single handidly designed 7 robots to find one to enter in competition, and just won first place in the Science Olympiad Robocross Invitational he participated in Millilani, Hawaii with one of those designs. We are truly excited about the possibilities this will open up for our children's futures. Robotics is a field of science that is abounding in opportunities. Thank you for this co-op program. The Lego company has also really been a blessing to our family in Homeschooling and the savings you offered were a God send.”

”The EV3 and expansion provides hours of fun for my son. He likes to create robots and log data from the sensors. It allows him to get started without having to worry about all the little details like wiring an Arduino with resisters, motors, ... With the EV3 he went straight to building it then programming it.”

”Our children were very excited about the LEGO Education program. When the product came in the mail, they were asking to start our school year early. They enjoy working independently to create the activities within the program. They also use additional LEGO pieces, adding to the activities, making new creations. I have recommended this product to other families, especially if they have a child who is a hands-on learner.”

”We recently purchased the Lego WeDo Educational kits through the Co-op. Our family is a big fan of Lego. We have so many of their products. However, we wanted the WeDo kits as a great way to introduce programming and robotics. Our son took a class locally and made a few of the projects. The price of the kit was cheaper than any of the Lego camps around here and now he can build all of their projects. He has been playing with WeDo daily since they arrived. And, he has already figured out how to combine WeDo with Scratch.”

”Several years ago I purchased the Lego WeDo pack from Homeschool Buyers Co-op. I have two boys (aged 9 & 12 at the time). It was their FAVORITE school subject! We would save this subject till last as an incentive to finish their other work. Then we would 'play'; all the while learning such fun things as how gears work, size relationships, predicting outcomes, and even programming!!

This year I purchased the Simple Machines and Mechanisms through the Co-op. We have had so much fun learning with these programs that my older son (now 14) purchased the Mindstorms EV3 with his own money.

The Lego GroupBuys have given us the chance to explore these educational programs at a discount price (almost impossible to find discounts elsewhere). I definitely recommend purchasing the activity packs with the sets as these are packed with great ideas for cross-curricular activities. I would be most interested in seeing more deals like these, and I highly recommend them!”

”My almost-ten-year-old son has really, really enjoyed the LEGO Simple and Powered Machines set. He's built all of the simple machines and has moved on to building more complex machines such as a hammer, scales, fishing rod, and a trundle wheel. He completes all of the projects on his own and really enjoys the challenge, including using his finished machines. It's a really great set for hands-on problem solving.”

”Both of my kids have had a lot of fun with the LEGO Simple and Motorized Mechanisms kits. I helped to unpack the items and get them organized, but after that, the kids have built amazing contraptions, cars, simple machines and more all on their own.”

”My kids are loving the LEGO Mindstorms. It has become a project for our whole family. At night, my husband helps them build one of the designs, (so they get time with him, and consider it "play") and then during the day during "school" we use it to conduct the different experiments. They are learning physics while having lots of fun!!”

”My 9 year old boy loves LEGO and builds his own creations all the time out of regular LEGO. I wanted to use LEGO to teach him some mathematical and scientific principals but didn't know how to go about that. LEGO Education does an amazing job of providing the methods for teaching these important principles. As well, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my daughter, who is 7 years old, could join in on the fun and participate with building the machines, too. Now, all three of us are eager to build and learn!!! We've only completed "The Sweeper" machine, but the kids had a blast sweeping away the crumpled paper bits quickly and easily after some alterations to the original machine :)”

”We really enjoyed the Lego robotics set. I think it is a bit over priced, but was lots of fun for both parents and children. We were disappointed, however, at some discrepencies in the documentation. There was one place where we were told to hook up two motors for a task, but we were only given one motor. There was also a place where it asks that you hook up lights to do visual morse code, however there were no lights included. We called to find out about these and were told that they were optional accessories. If they are optional, that should be mentioned in the documentation.”
