We have loved going to the Serpentarium quite a few times. We live close by and the children love seeing all of the snakes, the turtles and crocodiles and some insects. I have arranged to take groups of families and they are very accomodating. They are great about bringing out snakes to hold (they have allotted snakes for holding) and they are always happy to answer questions. It is a pretty small place and I would say that it isn't great for really big groups. I know that sometimes schools take kids there, but honestly I wouldn't want to take more than 30 people in a group because it's pretty tight fitting. It's worth it to us to make the trip!
