I checked out a traveling trunk for a history class I taught at my homeschool co-op. The process to sign-up for a trunk was fairly simple, and I received it without any problems. It was a great chance to see historical objects, real and reproductions, in person. Lesson plans are also sent with the objects, which I adjusted to my class's needs.

The note to homeschoolers on the webpage for the traveling trunks is accurate so know that the availability of some trunks may be limited. The trunks are completely free if you take the trunk back to the museum, otherwise you have to pay shipping to send the trunk back when you are finished. Overall, a very great resource.
