Description:This museum includes hands on displays, interactive tours, special programs and examples of the ancient and living traditions of the Shinnecock People.

The museum's educational programs are age appropriate and designed to meet curriculum needs. Interactive tours allow students to practice academic skills, including listening, note taking, writing, and sequencing. Time is allotted at each exhibit area for a question and answer period.
