Description:

Visit this aquarium and see a vast array of creatures close up. You can interact with creatures at the touchpools, enjoy fun talks and feed shows throughout the day, read fun facts throughout the aquarium. The aquarium has an amazing 300 foot ocean tunnel, 30 display tanks and more than 10,000 sea creatures. They also have special homeschool days set up twice a year.

We participated in the annual home school day last fall.
We loved it! We were there when the doors opened and visited ALL the classrooms available. Because not many participate in the classroom portion my kids got one on one time with the specialists.
Hands on learning! They were able to hold SO many things that could be found in the ocean.
No one lets you hold these items anymore so what a surprise to find out they would actually encourage us to pick things up with our hands.
