The grounds at RBG are spectacular! We especially loved walking some of the wooded trails and feeding the chipmunks and chickadees. These creatures are quite friendly and will come to you to be hand fed, so be sure to bring along some seeds or nuts for treats.

A Discovery Pack can be borrowed at the front desk to help kids with exploration. The packs contain activity sheets, magnifiers, identification guides, etc. Lots of fun!

Great site to visit.

Loads of plants and flowers to see... Even ones that are not native to Canada.

If you have a son/daughter that loves flowers, this is the place to go.

My daughter is quite into flowers, so we thought this would be a nice place to take her. It turns out there is so much to do and see here that we ended up getting a family membership. Even my son who is not into flowers, enjoys his time here. They have different displays throughout the year (even in the winter) and have numerous programs for kids including a homeschool program. Excellent field trip and well worth the membership.
