 | Dawn, Co-op Member | The changing gallery has brought some amazing exhibits to Phoenix. Booking a field trip is the most affordable way to see these. If you want to see the rest of the museum, there is free admission once a week and on the first Friday of the month. The gallery of fully decorated miniature room depicting different cultures in different time periods is an absolute favorite of all ages. The hands on children's gallery changes periodically--generally it is fun, sometimes it is lighter on the hands on activities. On a nice day, combine this with a trip to the Japanese Tea Garden (RO HO EN) just a mile south. A lovely place! Planning a field trip is even better because you can see a tea ceremony demonstrated and watch the potter in his studio. |

 | Carri Ann, Co-op Member | Our son's first museum experience was here, and we've seen some amazing exhibits! We always went on weekdays in the early afternoon, when it wasn't crowded. The staff was very friendly and gladly answered questions. |
