 | Carol B., Co-op Member | Plan on an entire day to spend exploring and engaging with your children. The displays are very interactive for children of all ages. For the youngest, the water bubble room will hold their attention for hours (literally)! My children loved the "hair raising" static electricity demonstration.
It is a tad expensive for a large family, however, you can buy a membership for a substantial savings. Even a couple visits a year makes the membership worthwhile. |

 | Melanie, Co-op Member | The Ontario Science Centre is a large facility with activities suitable for the entire family. KidSpark is particularly fun for the younger set with a child-sized super market, a mini music studio, a water table and bubble station, and a huge marble-run style course for balls -- something my kids will happily play with for hours!
The Rainforest, Birds Eye View and Tornado exhibits are also favourites for my kids. They also still happily talk about the static electricity exhibit where they got to see their hair stick out on end, even two years later!
If you're able to attend more than once per year, consider purchasing a membership for better value. |

 | Jennifer, Co-op Member | Love this destination. Great for all ages of kids. They have an area for the small kids called KidSpark which has a music area, water play area, grocery store etc. They also have an area for toddlers to play supervised away from the bigger kids. The science center is a great place for kids to learn hands-on as every display almost has something for the kids to read and then try out with their hands. With the many attractions here you can easily spend a day exploring. There are cafeterias present if you wish to buy food but also lots of open spaces where you can sit and enjoy a home packed lunch as well. Elevators and escalators are available in a lot of areas for ease of travel. Great way to enhance your kids learning in any area of science. |
