Very nice museum. They have a *huge* indoor play structure and lots of hands-on exhibits.

There is no snack bar or food for sale here but there is a vending area.

There's not alot to do for young kids, but fun for middle to older.

young kids or kids with sensory problems can be frightened inside the large play area although they are also drawn to it. the large play area uses air compressors to move balls around and is very noisy.

Parking is free on weekends but difficult to find. parking is by meter on weekdays and you can not stay at a meter for more than 2 hours.

This Museum has undergone some recent changes and they have expanded the upstairs section to include NASA, space and air travel throughout history. It is hands on and very interesting! In the lower level, they even have giant senses exhibit that includes a huge, walk thru brain! It also has an IMAX, play gym, light & laser imaging center, a massive model train center, a climbing wall, a simulator, and an astronomy theatre! It is definitely a great learning recourse!
