We LOVED this museum. It was so fascinating and well done. The first thing we did was watch the film "Minneapolis in 19 Minutes Flat." It provided a wonderful history of Minneapolis and the flour mills along the river. We then made our way to the museum where we took part in a baking lab, learned how the river supplied energy to the mill, learned about the fire that burned down most of the original mill many years ago. There is also an eight-story elevator ride that tells the history of the mill. It is WONDERFUL! Not only is the museum well done, the exhibits look really good. I would recommend this museum to anyone visiting Minneapolis. We loved every minute of it.
