We've been to a lot of museums, but this is one of our very favorites! It is really three museums in one. There is a natural history museum, with interactive stations where kids answer questions about the exhibits to win a prize at the end. There is a large children's museum where each room has a theme like communication or vision. It is the best organized, most educational children's museum we've ever been to! Then if I can get my kids to leave all the wonders of the inside, we can go outside where an entire pioneer-era town stands waiting to be explored. There is a log cabin, a church, a saloon, and more -- all real and rescued and like the whole museum: fun, fascinating, and open for free play. I can't wait to go back again!
