Out of the way, but worthwhile, especially during holiday lights. Deer and zebras eat from your hand, even putting their heads inside your car windows. Pretty cool sight to see. Check out the camels and buffalo in the stalls too.

Hollywild has a different feel to it then most zoos. They have "famous" animals. Animals that were once in tv shows or in movies. The safari was fun and they had a great reptile show. My son is still showing off the picture we took of him holding the huge boa constrictor. It is a laid back experience.

My kids and husband loved this zoo. While you are on the safari ride, the animals come right up to your window and will eat out of your hand. You are riding through their territory which is really cool. The only reason I did not give this park 5 stars is because I saw snakes crawling around the building and rats going from one animal's cage to another. My family said that didn't bother them at all and that is part of nature. I just wasn't expecting it so I was a little surprised. I would recommend going because you are up close to the animals and my kids loved it.
