I grew up reading Ms. Welty's books. As a girl born and raised in Mississippi I was fascinated by authors and artists from Mississippi.

Visiting her home and seeing the place where you found her inspiration to write was such a treat. It is definitely a "must see" place to visit when studying great American authors or when studying Mississippi history.
