| Description: | Visit and learn about this beautiful historic home, built in 1858 by Dr. Baylis Wood Earle and his wife, Ann Eliza Harrison Earle. Marvel at the restoration of this Greek Revival style mansion, the only restored antebellum home in Waco. Built of cypress, it features fourteen foot ceilings, walkthrough windows onto verandas, and spacious rooms. It's fine Victorian furnishings and artifacts were gifts from Waco citizens, along with pieces from the Earle and Harrison descendants. |
