Both inside and out, this a treat for children and adults alike! The museum offers a variety of sessions specifically for homeschoolers. Children may participate in the sessions and learn art history, how to create art inspired by works of art from major artists, and how to be inspired to create original art. They also offer art instruction. If you visit the museum without attending a session you will enjoy the different galleries, the traveling exhibits and the sculpture garden. The museum is also home to a walking labyrinth which is fun for all ages. Additionally, the museum is located close to parks and places to eat (there is a small cafeteria with limited selections). We've found the staff very friendly (particularly to children). Sundays are usually free!
