Our family really enjoys Cougar Mountain Zoo. Make sure to bring plenty of quarters so you can buy food to feed a wallaby, deer or llamas. This zoo is small, but we very nice. We actually prefer it this way because my kids feel like they get to know most of the animals. They even refer to their favorite birds by name at home. :-)

The staff is really nice and helpful.
