Description:Enjoy a leisurely 3-mile drive through this spectacular and unique wildlife park nestled on 250 acres of the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. View several enclosures and encounter black bear, elk, reindeer, deer, cougars, bobcats, rocky mountain goats, bighorn sheep, dall sheep and buffalo.
Home to over 200 different animals on over 200 acres of Black Hills scenic beauty. After your three-mile drive enjoy a leisurely stroll through the walk-thru "Babyland" and enjoy the antics of our park offspring and other small residents. Dine at Hungry Cub Cafe and shop in the huge Bear's Den Gift Shop.

Hours:Open May through late November.
Peak season (Jun,Jul,Aug) hours are 8am to 7pm daily. Shoulder season (May,Sept,Oct,Nov) hours are 9am to 4pm. Open every day of the week during the season.

We go the best deal with the "Maximum per vehicle" price. We also ate before we went there.

We enjoyed driving through the zoo and seeing the animals close up and in their natural surroundings. We got some good pictures. They also gave us a "search" sheet of animals and behaviors to look for as we drove through.

After the drive-thru safari zoo, we went to the baby-land. It was a nice sidewalk around the area and there were trainers taking care of the animals. They were helping in answering any questions we had.

So, good, family fun.
