Facility:Alaska Sealife Center
Description:Alaska's only public aquarium and ocean wildlife rescue center is celebrating ten years on the shores of Resurrection Bay. Visitors to this "window on the sea" have close encounters with puffins, octopus, sea lions and other sealife while peeking over the shoulders of ocean scientists studying Alaska's rich seas and diverse sealife.

Love going here, cool for the whole family. Watch the animals, play and swim through the glass. Go in a room and let the bird fly around you. See how much you weigh compared to animals. Watch short informational videos. Touch starfish and other sea creatures.

This is such a great aquarium. There are so many animals and fish. The variety if sea life is fascinating. The tanks are beautiful. We will definitely return here.
