• Fulfillment: 

  NEW Subscriptions: Within 15 minutes of receiving your order, the Co-op will publish a unique coupon code in your account that you can use to sign up for TTRS at the TTRS website at no additional cost. Sign into your Co-op account and look for "Touch-type Read and Spell" on your "My Subscriptions" page for instructions, the coupon code, and a link.

  Once you register with your coupon code, you will receive a "Welcome" email from TTRS which includes your log-in information. Within the hour, the Co-op will also receive a copy of your "Welcome" email and will publish your Username and Password on your "My Subscriptions" page. We will send you an email notification when this happens.

  RENEWALS and Additional Students: If you already have an existing Touch-Type Read and Spell license and would like renew it or add students to it, please log into your Co-op Account and see the Touch-type Read and Spell section. You will find links you can use to renew or add students to an existing license.

• Shipping: Not applicable
• Returns/Cancellations: If you are not completely satisfied with TTRS, you may cancel your subscription and request full refund (excluding service fees) within 30 days. Submit your return request at our Contact Us page. You will receive return instructions via email and/or phone.
• Service Fee: The Co-op will charge a one-time, nonrefundable service fee of $1.95 to help cover some of our cost of providing this service.
