If you were contacted by the Co-op and see your reading record listing here, here's what you should do:- Go to the Community Treasure Chest page and jot down the ID #s of your first choice, second choice, and so on, for your prize.
- Go to the Reading Prize Claim Form to claim your prize.
- Allow 2 business days for the Co-op to issue your award and share your information with the prize donor.
Note: Prize winners are notified simultaneously via email and on the Weekly Winners page at 1:00 PM Pacific on Tuesdays. Prizes are then awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't wait to claim your prize!
