| This is a perpetual web license? What about when they change the website? Are there no yearly "maintenance fees," even minimal? Yes, this is a perpetual license. Under our agreement with Sunburst, the Co-op will cover the annual maintenance fees at no cost to you. Changes to their website should not affect your use or enjoyment of the product. Sunburst has thousands of users around the country, so you can be sure they won't make any changes that will create problems for users. |
| On how many computers can I install the software? You can install it on as many computers in your home as you want, and Grandma's computer too! Keep in mind, however, that it can only be used by the licensee. |
| Do I need a license for each person/child or for each person that would be using it simultaneously? You need a separate license for each person that will be using it, whether simultaneously or not. The software tracks each individual student's progress, so you can have multiple students sharing the same account. |
| I have a wide age range. Do I need a license for a child if they won't be starting until long after another child would complete it? When one student is completely finished with the program, you can delete their record in the user management portion of the program, and set it up to work with a different student. |
