After you have purchased and are set up by the Co-op, you are entitled to technical support directly from SmartDraw.

Can I use SmartDraw on multiple computers?

Each purchased copy of SmartDraw is licensed for use by one user. The license permits you to install SmartDraw on an additional PC the sole purpose of one user accessing the program on the other PC, but not both PCs concurrently. In a business setting, this 2nd install is solely to allow an office worker to use, say, a home PC or mobile PC when traveling. In other words, the ‘main PC’ is not in use at the same time. In the homeschool case, you might have a laptop used for field trips and a desktop that was the usual in-classroom PC.
