| Description: | South Dakota's largest natural and cultural history collection! The W. H. Over Museum features an array of exhibits which display the wide range of life in the upper midwest. View an outstanding collection of Sioux artifacts, and historic photographic portraits of the legendary leaders and daily life of the tribes of the upper Missouri river. Saturday Mornings at the W.H. Over Museum. Classes are FREE Unless otherwise noted, programs are for Middle School age & up and meet in the Discovery Room from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. Call 677-5228 to pre register. Registration suggested but not required to attend. The Museum takes a break from Saturday morning classes in the Summer. |
