| In 2004, Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana received this 116-acre property as a gift from the Cornelius and Anna Cook O'Brien Foundation. It is now Historic Landmarks' responsibility to preserve Veraestau and make it more accessible to the public. |

| Veraestau is open for tours only by appointment. Wednesday through Sunday, April through December, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on holidays. One-week advance reservation is required for groups of ten or more. The one-hour tour includes most of the house and grounds. |
| Suggested donations for non-members: $5 per adult; $3 per senior citizen; $2 per child age 12 to 18; $1 per child age 6 to 12. For groups of 25 or more, cost is $3 per person. (Sorry, no credit cards accepted on site) |
