Description:

See the cheesemakers and packaging staff at work. Hear about the company's history and the cheesemaking process. Touch the interactive kiosk screens to learn about the co-op and their products. Smell the delicious aroma of freshly baked waffle cones. And best of all, taste their award-winning cheeses, nearly 40 flavors of ice cream and the hearty meals available in the Farmhouse Cafe!

We enjoyed the self-guided tour of this factory. We have used this as a stopping point while traveling. We enjoy the "squeaky" cheese (cheese curd) and have a lot of fun looking at the process of making cheese.

If I lived nearby I would probably make the trip once, but because we use it as a traveling stop I would do it every time. It's a fun tradition and everyone has always been very accomodating to our family.
