| Description: | The Drake House is Plainfield's own historic house museum--the original 1746 Drake family farmhouse nestled inside the 1880s Harberger Victorian cottage. Upon entering, you will experience Plainfield's history through its unique collections of fine and decorative arts, furniture, books, maps, and vintage photographs and postcards. The museum presents educational programs for members, school children, and the public, as well as exhibits and lectures. |
