| Telephone Museum of New Mexico |
| This is a 3 story museum housed in a building that is over 100 years old in downtown Albuquerque. Walk through the complete history of the telephone since its invention in 1796. There are multiple exhibits including 100's of telephones and old fashioned switch boards. Listen to short audios explaining some of the exhibits and do hands on activities for the kids. This museum also highlights the lives of some of the heroes from the past of the telephone company. These were men and women who went above and beyond to be of service. |
