 | | Cathy U., Co-op Member | | I love that this museum is free. The Lego Mindstormers was fun for my kids. They enjoyed building their robots and having the competitions. We had a lot of fun in the senses area especially the optical illusions. My kids could have watched the huge ball course on the ceiling in the main lobby for hours. Wish we could have done the homeschool overnighter but they canceled it due to a lack of interest. The problem was they canceled it several weeks in advance. If you're like me, we don't always plan out that far, and I also need to see how my kids week of study goes before signing up for something extra. I wish they would have given it more time before canceling it. Over all this was a neat trip and something different for my kids. |

 | | Fleurette Henderson, Co-op Member | Going to the St. Louis Science Center is fun. Getting a little exercise (walking) is good on all three levels. the kids get to use their energy on the second level activity floor.
We always enjoy the demonstrations on science theory and having lunch afterwards. Calling in advance to buy tickets to Events is advisable. Discouts are available, look in the public libray bulletin area for advertisements. |
