Check out the large telescope on Starry Nights, the working mini farm, extensive garden area, and colonial cottages. Second Saturdays show all this in action. Teens can volunteer with animals in the science center, and classes are available in the life sciences building. Each topic has its own dedicated room for exhibits. Beautiful butterfly garden and walking trails as well. |

 | | Danielle C, Co-op Member | | We LOVE Roper Mountain Science Center. They have programs for pre-school age children 3-5. We have enjoyed Fridays on the Farm, Rainforest Fridays, and Fun Science Fridays. The instructors are fabuluous and my children look forward to these classes. |
