Spend a day this fall going back in time. Enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the medieval days. Welcome to 16th Century England. Experience a full day of family entertainment & amusement in a permanent 30-acre English village. Check out their Education Days, a cross-curriculum program for all ages full of interactive projects, contests, and an upgraded curriculum focusing on academic standards tailored to age and grade level. Students can spend time with historical characters such as Queen Elizabeth I, Henry VIII, Sir Walter Raleigh, Sir Francis Drake, and Shakespeare. Students will learn about the class system and what it was like to be a peasant, a noble, or a pirate at one of the history stations located around the village
Students can witness live demonstrations of master artisans featuring time honored crafts such as stone carving, glassblowing, blacksmithing, leather tooling, and more! |
