 | | Joe L., Co-op Member | | This is a good field trip option and is convenient to many other activities in the OKC area. Access is very good from interstate roads but parking can be limited at times. They offer two homeschool free days typically per year, and have good online resources. This is an excellent stop when combined with the science museum located across the street. |

 | | C. Webb, Co-op Member | | A very spacious zoo compared to others I've been too. Many great animals to see. Be sure to wear good walking shoes, as it is quite spread out. Great picnic places and play areas, so pack a lunch and plan to stay all day. |

 | | Tara N, Co-op Member | | We love the Oklahoma City Zoo! We've had memberships off and on over the past several years and will likely have them again in the future. They have been re-doing many of the exhibits over the last several years and it just seems to get better and better! They recently opened a new children's area and the Oklahoma Trails is on the newer side and is nice. We love to go through the 'barn' of nocturnal animals. In the center is a bat exhibit that is neat. The monkeys are always a hit and we also love the aquarium. It is overall a nice zoo with great exhibits! |

 | | D. Martin, Co-op Member | | The OKC Zoo is a great place for a field trip. I have a large family so we really benefit from the membership. We go to the zoo over an over and each time we focus on a single area. It has a children's petting zoo that allows my kids to get up close and personal. The only advice I have is make sure you go very early so that you can see the animals very active and you will have great parking, pack a lunch because their food is expensive, and do not go during the week the public schools plan their trips. That is usually in sometime in the spring and it gets very crowded. |

 | | Kristina F, Co-op Member | | Love the Zoo! Lots of different learning activities/opportunities there, from biology to botany to economics to Earth science! And they have a great volunteer program for teens and adults. Just wish that some of the special events were included with the membership, like Haunt the Zoo or Light the Zoo. :( But other than that we love it. We get a membership every year and we use it a lot. It really does pay for itself. |
