 | | Laura Dawson, Co-op Member | | This is a fun place to visit. Maymont is extensive. The grounds are huge. Be prepared to walk. The nature center is full of aquariums, and the otters are great fun to watch. The gardens are stunning. One of our favorites is the Japanese Garden. When it is in bloom, it is a sight to behold. There is a children's farm that has chickens and cows. Easter is a lovely time to visit. There are other very special events throughout the year to take advantage of. |
