| Mayfield Dairy Farms (Braselton, GA) |
Mayfield Dairy Farms began in 1923 with a few Jersey cows, spring water refrigeration and a family’s dedication to providing the community with quality, great-tasting dairy products. Today, Mayfield has a staff of nearly 2000 employees and serves nine states, continuing a rich heritage of creating progressive innovations and exceptional dairy items.
Surrounded by a big, gracious front porch, the gift shop and ice cream parlor offer a taste of the Mayfield experience that may be followed by a tour. Visitors can get the inside scoop on the quality of dairy products and how the famous yellow Mayfield jugs are made. It's fun for the family or a perfect field trip for schools, church groups and other organizations! |

 | | Lynn, Co-op Member | | We had a wonderful time on our field trip. We learned how the milk is chosen from farmers, brought in & processed in the plant & why the colored bottles used. Mayfield is very specific in the quality it chooses. After the tour we had a rare treat & met Scottie Mayfield. |
