Marland's Grand Home was the first home of Oklahoma's 10th governor and founder of Marland Oil, E.W. marland. Building of this home started in 1914 and was completed in 1916. It came with a central vacuuming system, automatic dishwasher, attached three car garage, and the first indoor pool built in Oklahoma.
This beautiful home is full of history and houses a number of collections native to Ponca City. You will find 101 Ranch artifacts, an Archeology display, Native American artifacts of the Plains Tribes, Daughters of the American Revolution Museum and Heritage Rooms. |
