| Mallard Ice Cream |
At Mallard you will get a tour of the kitchen and an explanation of how the ice cream is made. They are interested in sharing with you their unique process including their use of the ice-salt method and their dedication to the freshest local and organic ingredients!
Though larger groups can be accommodated the tour is recommended for smaller groups of twenty or less. As it is a working kitchen and they are busy making ice cream, this ensures a more attentive tour for you and the most productive workday for them. |
