| Lowell Area Historical Museum |
| Built in a late 1800's Victorian duplex, one-half is a small local history museum that begins with information on specific Native Americans who lived here before settlers moved in. Goes to early settlers, industries (including how clams in the river were used to make buttons), and the history of the Lowell Showboat, which many famous entertainers performed upon. The kids can also try their hand at a giant showboat steering wheel. The 2nd half is an exact reproduction of a Victorian sitting room and dining room (where Victorian events are held). |
