Korner's Folly is a great place to visit for a history lesson. The guided tour was interesting and fact filled. The house itself was a marvel due to it's strange design.

I wouldn't recommend this as a field trip if you have young kids, however. My oldest is 7 and he was not interested in the tour at all. For the price you are paying per person, this would be better suited for ages 10 and up.

Christmas time is a great time to visit and they also have puppet shows to entertain the whole family...these are great should you take younger kids.
