| Formerly known as "Parrot Jungle," the venue's renovation and shift to a more expansive jungle theme makes this more an aviary and zoo rather than the oddball attraction it's long been known for (gone are the roller-skating cockatoos and poker-playing parrots). But the new shows are entertaining for kids, especially when birds fly overhead in the Parrot Bowl, or when they see a 20-foot long crocodile in the Serpentarium. Be sure to do the two standbys kids always loved in Parrot Jungle: hand-feeding the parrots and holding them for a picture. |
