| John Wornall House Museum |
| Built in 1858, the John Wornall House is a magnificent example of Greek rivial architecture. Experience life in 1858 from the point of view of a wealthy farm family. Tour the herb garden and walk the grounds. Some of the flowers were actually planted by the Wornalls! This site also has special hands on children's programs and living history events. The John Wornall House served as a field hospital for both the Union and Confederates during the Civil War Battle of Westport! |
