 | | Lorraine D., Co-op Member | | We love this garden! We usually go on resident-free Tuesdays, so we get in for free. We love feeding the koi in the pond, where docents/volunteers are always on hand to answer questions and hand out koi food. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and peaceful, and the little rooms of cultural displays are great. The last time we were there, a group was meditating outside in a courtyard. Nice break in the middle of an urban area. And it's a great place for lunch or tea or just to pick up some snacks for the rest of your wander around Balboa Park! |
