| Description: | The Zoo is a remarkable interactive family facility located on 110 acres of land donated to the City of Jackson by Samuel Livingston. Approximately 52 acres are developed. The zoo has 120 different species, including 18 endangered species, with over 770 animals calling this their home. |

| Hours: | Open year round from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Sunday. *Last ticket sold at 4:00p.m. Zoo is closed Christmas Day. Zoo may occasionally be closed due to severe weather. |
