 | | A. Ezell, Co-op Member | It was great to see where so much of our country's struggle to become a nation took place. Much of Independence Hall is original. The tour guide was excited, friendly, and knowledgeable. During January and February, you can enjoy FREE admission. We were also able to tour the second flour of Independence Hall during our January visit. This area is usually off-limits to the public.
The area is fenced off and security guards are posted around the perimeter of the historic buildings. You will have to pass through detectors and have belongings checked. We found everyone to be pleasant, and the process quick.
Don't forget to ask a Ranger for your free trading card; although you may have to answer a trivia question to receive it. |
