| Description: | This single day event may be the largest of its kind in the state of Indiana, hosting more than 36,000 students and teachers over the last eleven years. This is a day that you can step back in time and relive the past (for the time period between 1861-1865) and experience history first hand by way of presentation and demonstrations from costumed historical reenactors. This day will be a learning experience for both teachers and students, so come with an open mind to Hartford City on October 8, 2010, and be prepared to ask questions and to have a great day! |
