 | | Jennifer J., Co-op Member | | Wonderful downtown zoo with elephants, leopard, orangutans, apes, giraffes, lions, tortoises, and alligators, plus lots of birds and monkeys. Also a large reptile center and a mini farm. Hilly, but stroller friendly. Nice preschool playground with adirondack rockers near the top, but larger Cleveland Park playground for older kids right outside entrance. Check out Tell me Tu and educational programs. |

 | | Carla Lowery, Co-op Member | | This is a beautiful little zoo that is laid out extremely well. To begin, parking is free and very accessible to the entrance of the zoo. Prices are reasonable as are food and snacks. Only two exhibits were without animals, but the habitats were clean and well kept. The reptile house was great and flowed extrememly well. The orangutans were extrememly personable and looking through the glass enclosure it was hard to determine who was checking whom out. There is a small petting farm. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to tour the zoo and well worth the price for admission, even if you only have a couple of hours to kill. |

 | | Danielle C, Co-op Member | | This is a small zoo, but has most of the main attractions that you would like to find at the zoo. Lions, giraffes, orangutans (baby), and many more. |
