| Description: | Glamorgan, named by its builder and owner the late Col. William Henry Morgan, was built in 1904--1905. Col. Morgan was the president and principal owner of The Morgan Engineering Company which was founded by his father, Thomas Rees Morgan. Glamorgan is not a copy of a castle in Wales or anywhere else. It is the original design of an architect, Willard Hirsh. |
