Description:

A living history museum, 1600-1900s, is the largest in New York and one of the largest in the nation.

The Genesee Country Nature Center, which includes 175 acres featuring five miles of hiking trails through woodlands, wetlands and meadows, is open year round.

A wonderful place to soak in the history not only of western New York but our country. Buildings of differing periods were brought to the site, restored and assembled to create an educational village. We know a few families who have enjoyed their homeschool classes. Lots to see and do. Highly recommend.
