| Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters has some of the most fascinating insight into coffee! The roasting process is quite an art form and having fresh roasted coffee is very important for flavor and appeal. This factory was very homeschool friendly and encouraging and would make a great place to call ahead and schedule a field trip. The staff was great and even if you are not a big fan of coffee, it is helpful to know all of the countries that depend on coffee for their economy. Especially fun is the odds and ends collection of weird objects that the staff has found in coffee bean bags. |
